Against a Crooked Sky
In this story, the eldest daughter of a pioneer family is kidnapped by a mysterious Indian tribe. The eldest son of the family is trying to find her. For his sister to be able to go free again, he has to give up his own life and protect her from an executioner's arrow. To do this, he must pass the test of "Crooked Sky." Along the way, he hires a drunk prospector to help him find the unknown tribe and save his sister.
