A look at the gentrification and inequality Class Divide, in a microcosm of NYC explores two worlds which share the Chelsea intersection -- 10th Avenue and 26th Street. For residents for years, housing has been provided by the Chelsea-Elliot Houses on one side of the avenue. Their neighbor across the avenue since 2012 is currently Avenues: a school that is high priced, the planet School. When kids out of both these worlds attempt to cross the divide, what goes on?
