Longtime inmate Twitch (Kurupt) gets himself transfered to a prison compared to the snobby Alcatraz. He claims it will be nearer to his own lady but his real motives are somewhat more grandiose. There he crosses paths with Burke (Bill Goldberg) a bulky prisoner who are able to take care of himself. Twitch, is pretty much the exact same and despite being muscular, is as mouthy. However, there is just a gang war brewing between the hispanic and black offenders that explodes to a take over of the prison when the gang boss of the black is shot points at Burke. But the sh!t strikes the fan when the actual killer and pioneer of the hispanics, Cortez (Robert Madrid) takes Twitch's girlfriend and Burke's daughter hostage.
