Phil Broker is a DEA agent that has gone through a catastrophe after his action against a biker gang went horribly wrong and it also cost the life of his boss' son. He is recently widowed and can be left using a 9-years-old daughter. He retires into a little town and decides to stop thrill's turbulent and demanding life for the sake of Maddy. His daughter and a boy that had been bullying her fight off which puts in motion a round of events that end in his lead confrontation with the regional Meth drug lord. His past history with the biker gang additionally enters the arena. However he's a mission in his brain and he's ready to cover any cost it demands.
