The Three Stooges are traveling salesmen who have become stranded in the tropical nation of Valeska, which is prone to earthquakes. They are detained when they receive a telegram telling them to "get rid of present outfit," and an official believes that they are trying to assassinate President Ward Robey. This is due to the fact that they have been unsuccessful in selling fur coats to the locals. The boys are able to avoid being executed by firing squad with the assistance of Rita, who is a stunning revolutionary, and they are then tasked with the mission of delivering crucial plans to the revolutionary leader. They are once again on their way to a firing squad when they accidentally present a folded up calendar; however, they are spared this fate when Rita comes with the actual plans.
