As Secret Service agents to commandeer war-widow ELLEN'S house four assassins headed by Baron, pose. Her home is a sniper spot for their plan to assassinate the President on his trip. The cops are fooled by the men except for one. A war hero and deputy who is drunk, Todd served with Ellen husband, and it has developed feelings for her. But she rebuffs his advances. Todd visits your house and can be instantly suspicious of Baron, but nobody will listen to the ravings of a drunk. He manages to kill one of the team of Baron, once Todd realizes what is happening, however, is seized. Now he and Ellen must find a way to prevent his men and Baron until they kill the President.
