The summer approaches and three high school pals, Kenny Leeds, Mike Decker, and Tommy Kingsley, anticipate their initiation into manhood. But Kenny is sent to live with his grandparents in Buffalo when his bereaved father goes on a business trip with his secretary-fiancee.
