The Glass Shield
J.J. is actually a newcomer at the Sheriff's Department and the first black officer in that station. Racial tensions run high in the department as some of J.J.'s fellow officers chased his presence. His only friend is that the trooper, the first officer who also suffers similar discrimination at the otherwise all-white male labour atmosphere. When J.J. becomes increasingly aware of authorities corruption throughout the murder trial of Teddy Woods, whom he helped to arresthe faces difficult decisions and puts himself into grave personal danger in the service of justice.
