The Goob
We're at the middle of a heat-wave at Fenland England. Goob Taylor has spent his sixteen summers each helping Mum conduct harvest and then the transport cafe the beet areas. When Mum shacks up with swarthy supremo and ladies' individual gene Womack, Goob becomes a side idea. However the world of Goob ends when beet picker Eva takes place. Fuelled by her hurtful remarks, Goob dreams of better stuff.
