The Outsider
In still yet another Belmondo vehicle, the French action protagonist plays a policeman more likely to advancing the cause of justice by any means necessary. On his agenda is a highly effective drug cartel exercising of Paris and Marseilles, with a druglord (Henry Silva) who's essentially inaccessible -- although maybe not immortal. Stunts (conducted by Belmondo) and chase scenes on water and land enliven the story, but the scenes using Belmondo's love attention are somewhat marginal themselves.
