14 Blades

Trained in covert combat from childhood, the Jinyiwei were masters of this 14 Blades. Eight being five for murdering, for torture, once a mission failed and the blade earmarked for suicide. An elite force of agents with an license to kill, the Jinyiwei committed mortal art and their lifestyles to the service of the Emperor alone. When the Imperial Court is absorbed by bad eunuch Jia (Law Kar Ying), the most useful of the Jinyiwei, Qinglong (Donnie Yen) will be assigned to steal a list identifying those loyal to the Emperor. Nevertheless unbeknownst to Qinglong, the Jinyiwei throughout the mission Qinglong is barely escapes with his life and betrayed, and have dropped under the hands of Jia. Qinglong must hunt outside and muster the loyalists to rise against Jia and reestablish the Emperor now as the most wanted man from the property. In his manner would be the most deadly assassins from the property, his former brethren, the Jinyiwei.
