Alone in Berlin

Berlin in June of 1940. A kitchen-cum-living room in Prenzlauer Berg is filled with despair while propaganda celebrates the regime's success over France. Anna and Otto Quangel's boy has been murdered at the front. This working class couple had believed from the'Führer' and followed willingly, but they realise that his promises are just lies and deceit. They begin composing envelopes in a bid and as a kind of immunity! Kill Hitler! Putting their lifestyles at risk, these cards are distributed by them at stairwells as well as within tenement buildings' entrances. But the Gestapo and the SS are them onto, and their neighbours pose a threat.
