Set in l a' criminal underworld's belly, Arc could be the narrative of Paris Pritchert, a former police officer turned into enthusiast and drug dealer, who embarks on a search to find a lost child in the hope of redeeming his hierarchical personality. The only real catch is, like most addicts, Paris' optimism completely depends on the drugs in his system and -- in cases like this -- his own firm belief he is able to succeed in his assignment if they can simply stay high 24/7 and alive long enough to watch it through.
