Attack

At the close of World War II, a National Guard infantry company needs to set up artillery observation posts in a tactical location. Lt. Costa (Jack Palance) knows that Capt. Cooney (Eddie Albert) is responsible just because of their"connections" he left stateside. Costa has serious doubts regarding Cooney's ability and when Cooney sends Costa and his men out on a mission -- and will not reenforce them -- all hell breaks loose.
