Blood of the Vampire

Dr. Callistratus, a mad scientist who was executed but has a new heart, terrorizes a man and a woman. They are afraid of him. The "anemic" Mad Scientist, who is thought to be a vampire, works with his assistant, Carl, to study blood deficiency in the inmates of a prison for the criminally insane in order to keep himself alive when he comes back to life.
