Blue World Order

Following the annihilation of the northern hemisphere by a nuclear war, the surviving people in the south became desperate and aggressive in their competition for few resources. Society begins to disintegrate, and an aggressive disease threatens to annihilate any who survive. In an attempt to reconstruct civilisation, a self-appointed government known as 'The ORDER' immunized microbes via a vast Electro-Macnetic Pulse (EMP). Through the EMP, the Order secretly administered a biotech virus, granting them the ability to control the people. Jake Slater is the only man who remains immune to the Order's virus. Jake now scavenges the wasteland seeking a method to keep his unconscious daughter alive, ignorant that she is the last kid on Earth and the key to humanity's survival.
