Casshern

Fifty years of war involving Europa and the Great Eastern Federation - currently merged as Eurasia - took their toll on planet Earth. As a result of using chemical, biological and nuclear weapons, much of Earth is now uninhabitable and people have become prey to diseases. Professor Azuma's"neo-cell" project, that is supposed to become the answer to mankind's insecurities, becomes a nightmare become a reality when mutants spawned out of the experiment escape and also declare war on the human race. Azuma's son Tetsuya, that was murdered during the last war, is reborn as mankind's last hope from the mutant threat in to the cyborg Casshern. This movie based on a 1973 Japanese animé of the exact same name.
