Christmas Rose

Jing (Kwai Lun-Mei) is a gentle piano teacher who lives a tranquil life after being paralyzed at an early age. She accuses her doctor Zhou (Chang Chen) of sexually assaulting her during a routine medical examination one day. Zhou is soon apprehended, accused, and tried. Tim (Aaron Kwok) is the prosecutor in the case. He is an idealistic lawyer who entered the legal profession in order to punish the guilty. However, as Tim's investigator Nam (Liu Kai Chi) assists him in piecing together the puzzle, the case grows more complicated. Tim soon begins to doubt the veracity of Jing's story.
