Ko Chow can be. Inspector Lau, his boss, wants one to infiltrate a group of ruthless jewel thieves. In order to do this he needs to get some handguns. His girl friend wants him to commit to marriage or she'll leave Hong Kong with another buff. And he is being chased by other cops who are unaware he could be just a colleague.What is significantly more Chow would rather quit the force. He feels guilty about having to betray those who've become his pals, even when they really do happen to be killers, drug dealers, loan sharks and security racketeers:''"I really do my job, but I betray my buddies.
