Cotton Comes to Harlem

Harlem's African-American populace is being scammed by the Rev. Deke O'Malley, who dishonestly asserts that small donations will fasten parcels of land from Africa. They all learn that the money is being smuggled in a bale of cotton, when new york police Gravedigger Jones and Coffin Ed Johnson research the scam of O'Malley. However, lots of the others, O'Malley, and the police find themselves scrambling as soon as the amount of money goes lost.
