Dev that, after spurning Paro's love because of misunderstanding, turns for solace to drugs and vodka. Paro goes on but Dev is in guilt. He meets Chanda, a prostitute having issues of her own. Dev likes her from truly getting 16, his penchant to get selfdestruction prevents him and Chanda. He meets with people like Chunni, the pimp who drags Dev further in to self destruction to further his own needs of Chanda.
