A Special Forces agent-turned-investigator named Harley shows up at the scene of a suspected mob hit to help local police. Stacie Randall plays Harley, and she does a good job. As a matter of fact, she's looking for Francis Lydell. He was her former CO and lover, and he shot her in the head when she turned down his offer to join his freelance assassination squad. As long as she doesn't have to have surgery to get rid of the bullet fragment that still causes her to be a little confused, she doesn't think about that. She wants to bring down Lydell before he can kill a Mafia informant who is being held at the police station. He wrote it.
