Farewell, My Lovely

LA private eye Philip Marlowe (Robert Mitchum) is hired by ex-con Moose Malloy to find his girlfriend. While also exploring the murder of a customer and the theft of a jade necklace, the Marlowe becomes entangled with all seductress Helen Grayle (Charlotte Rampling) and finds a web of dark secrets that are better left hidden. My Lovely is actually really just a neo-noir picture of this 1944 film however it follows the initial Raymond Chandler's book closely.
