First Kid
According to some, being a country's leader is one of the most lonely positions in the world. Being the child of a world leader, on the other hand, can be doubly so. Constantly surrounded by security officials, restricted in movement, and monitored nearly every waking moment makes normalcy impossible. Nobody understands this better than young Luke Davenport, the son of former President Davenport of the United States of America. He expresses his loneliness, irritation, and isolation from family and friends by being a brat to his own Secret Service agent. When the agent snaps in front of the First Lady due to the strain, Luke is assigned a replacement agent. He is revealed to be the colossal Sam Simms, a bit of a rogue who rose through the Secret Service ranks via sheer drive rather than strict devotion to Secret Service protocol. Luke begins by attempting all of his old tactics on Sam. However, Sam appears to comprehend rather than becoming enraged.
