Senior school student Kyosuke Shikijo is the most talented member of the fist team of the school arts. His father was detective along with Kyosuke talk about the strong sense of justice of his father. Kyosuke includes a secret. Kyosuke likes to use female underwear and transforms herself into the alter ego"Hentai Kamen," wearing female underwear and gaining super human powers. This interest that is unusual also originates out of his parents, along with his dad a masochist along with his mum that the sadist. By chance, Kyosuke gets female senior high school student Aiko Himeno's underwear. With her underwear, he profits attempts and pervert techniques to protect Aiko out of a cluttered and flirty instructor.
