In this beautiful animated tale, Pardon-me Pete (Buddy Hackett), the state groundhog of Groundhog Day, tells the story of Jack Frost, that falls in love with a gorgeous young woman and begs Father Winter to make him human so she is able to watch him. His petition is allowed, but only on the condition that by the spring he has a bag of stone, a residence, a horse and a wife -- a tall arrangement! However, Jack finds that life as a human is more complicated then he thought. The wicked Cossack who is not threatening to destroy the whole town kidnaps the girl he loves. However the method he is able to save her and the town is to have his own magical abilities . Jack Frost is!
