Johnny Got His Gun

A mortar shell, hits joe, a young American soldier over the previous day of World War I. He lies in a hospital bed in a fate worse than death - a quadruple amputee who has lost his arms, legs, eyes, eyes, mouth and nose. Unbeknown to his doctors, he remains conscious and ready to believe, so reliving his entire lifetime through memories and strange visions and struggling to distinguish whether he's dreaming or awake. He remains annoyed by his situation, until a day when Joe discovers a special approach.
