King of Beggars

Canton's General , General So, advocates a life style of sex and money. His spoiled along with illiterate kid, Chan (Stephen Chow), is the most faithful disciple. For a woman's love, Chan attends the nationwide exams for Martial Arts Scholar in Peking. Chan is victorious on the evaluation, but he is found to have cheated on the written exam, before he is to be crowned. The Emperor paragraphs Chan for considered a beggar. Chan is unable manage his new character, but with several help that is mysterious, he chooses the position as King of the Beggars Association. Leading this motley crew into battle against an evil warlord from the Emperor's entourage, Chan rescues the Emperor, and gains esteem.
