This documentary advertising the delights of life in a Soviet town centers around the tasks of the Young Pioneers. These youngsters are continuously active, pasting propaganda posters on walls, dispersing hand costs, exhorting all to "buy from the participating" instead of the Public Field, advertising temperance, as well as assisting inadequate widows. Experimental sections of the movie, forecasted backwards, include the un-slaughtering of a bull as well as the un-baking of bread.
