Le Jaguar
A shaman from the South American rain forest pays a public relations mission to France. He meets a French good-for-nothing named Perrin in a Paris hotel elevator and is instantly taken with him. He follows Perrin to his flat, and despite Perrin's reservations about the shaman's interest in him, he allows the shaman to spend the night at his flat. The following day, while attending an official meeting as part of the public relations effort, the shaman has a heart attack. He asks to see Perrin despite his inability to talk and his confinement to a hospital bed. The latter is unenthusiastic about meeting the shaman again. However, it appears as though it is too late for animosities, since the shaman and Perrin appear to be psychologically linked in some way since their elevator encounter.
