L'Inhumaine
A famous singer Claire Lescot, that survives the borders of Paris, is dated by many males, consisting of a maharajah, Djorah de Nopur, and also a young Swedish researcher, Einar Norsen. At her extravagant events she appreciates their amorous interests yet she remains emotionally withdrawn and heartlessly taunts them. When she is informed that Norsen has killed himself because of her, she reveals no sensations. At her following show she is booed by an audience outraged at her coldness. She sees the safe in which Norsen's body lies, and also as she admits her sensations for him she discovers that he lives; his death was invented. Djorah is jealous of their new relationship and also triggers Claire to be bitten by a poisonous serpent. Her body is offered Norsen's lab, where he, using his clinical developments, restores Claire to life.
