Lots of Kids, a Monkey and a Castle
After getting married, Julita said that she wanted a lot of kids, a monkey, and a castle that she could call her own. The fact that all of these wishes have come true is probably because of the stubbornness of this charismatic and also very funny grandmother, who has a thing for collecting weird things. They have to sell their castle because they can't afford to keep it. Her adult children have to go through her life's oddities in search of a few lost bones... Gustavo Salmerón, a Spanish actor and neo-director, paints a hilarious family portrait that also tells us a lot about Spain, Catholicism, and the economic crisis, all at the same time.
