Mary, Queen of Scots
Mary Stuart, who was crowned Queen of Scotland when she was only six days old, is the country's final Roman Catholic sovereign and is the last monarch of the country. She is imprisoned by her cousin Elizabeth Tudor, the English Queen and her arch rival, when she is only 23 years old. Mary's life will come to an end on the scaffold nineteen years later, and with her execution, the last challenge to Elizabeth's monarchy will be eliminated. In terms of their personalities, the two Queens provide a stark contrast to the events of history.
