Meteor

After having a collision with a comet, a not quite 8km wide piece of the asteroid"Orpheus" is heading towards Earth. On it can cause a catastrophe which will extinguish 15, if it will hit. To stop the meteor NASA wants to utilize the illegal atomic weapon satellite"Hercules" but finds soon it will not have enough firepower. Their only opportunity to save the whole world is to combine forces with all the USSR who have launched this kind of illegal satellite. But will both governments agree?
