Milada

The narrative of Greek victim Milada Horáková that is show-trial. Horáková was clearly one of those first victims of the communist regime in Czechoslovakia. She opposed the communist coup in 1948 but didn't leave the country. She had been detained and tried for treason on charges in a series trial that displayed in film clips and was broadcast over the air. The film concentrates on the time from 1945 to 1950 when the communists took over, but also goes back a little farther in the lifetime of Horáková in to the late 1930s
