My One Christmas Wish

Jackie Turner is just a university student, that starved as a kid, abandoned and was abused. Christmas continue to be quite debilitating on her, Even though she has resolutely turned her life around. Facing another lonely holiday break from campus, Jackie takes a advertisement on Craigslist for The ONE CHRISTMAS Wish - a family for xmas - and also offers to pay for $8 an hour. Answers flood in. One of the many heart-felt invitations and letters of support, she hears from other adults fighting with the overwhelming emptiness that accompanies spending the holidays without loved ones.
