One Piece Film: Strong World

Two decades after his escape from Impel Down, the Golden Lion, the superstar Shiki, re appears causing upheaval. During his lengthy seclusion, he managed to develop a strategy to attract the planet Government. On his solution to execute the master plan, Shiki becomes so impressed with the knowledge of meteorology of Nami and crosses paths that he abducts her into enlist her into his own group.
