Red Sorghum

An leper who possessed a sorghum winery that is remote expires. Jiu'er, the wife bought by the leper, along with her lover, identified simply as"that my Grandpa" by the narrator, take the winery and set an idealized quasi-matriarchal community directed by Jiu'er. When the invaders cut down the sorghum to generate way for a route and subject the area into their rule the community climbs up and resists as the sorghum grows.
