She Wore a Yellow Ribbon

Every one expects the worst after Custer and the 7th Cavalry are damaged by Indians. Capt. Nathan Brittles is ordered on patrol but he is also required to carry along Abby Allshardhis spouse of the Fort's commanding officer, along with her niece, the pretty Olivia Dandridge, who're being evacuated for their own safety. Brittles is only a few days away from retirement and Olivia gets caught the eye of two of the younger officers in the Company, Lt. Flint Cohill and 2nd Lt. Ross Pennell. She's taken to wearing a yellow ribbon in her hair, a sign she has a beau in the Cavalry, however, neglects to say for whom she is wearing it.
