A difficult cop's (Sylvester Stallone) apparently delicate mother (Estelle Getty) comes to stay together progressively interferes with his life. She buys him a prohibited MAC-10 machine pistol and starts poking around in his police cases. Eventually, the film draws to some denouement involving the title of this film and also the revelation that despite the fact that she seems delicate and weak she is capable of strong action in certain circumstances, i.e. when her kid is threatened with thugs and she shoots herself in the shoulder.
