Testament of Orpheus
The poet's experiences that take place beyond of time and reality. The Gypsies, the house of Pallas Athena, the spear of the Goddess that pierces the poet's heart, the temptation of the Sphinx, the departure of Oedipus, and the final Assumption are all shown in the play, as well as the Gypsies' judgment of the young poet. Testament of Orpheus is the third installment in Jean Cocteau's Orphic Trilogy, which also includes The Blood of a Poet(1930), Orpheus(1950), and The Blood of a Poet (1930). (1960).
