The Black Tent
The Black Tent, directed by Brian Desmond Hurst and starring Donald Sinden, Anthony Steel, Anna Maria Sandri, André Morell, and Donald Pleasence, is a British military film released in 1956. It takes place in North Africa during WWII and was shot on site in Libya. A British officer seeks cover with a group of Arab Bedouins during the British withdrawal across Libya. He marries the chief's daughter and has a child with her. His younger brother, who had assumed he was dead, receives word that he may be alive in Libya, motivating him to rush out to find him.
