The Bridge of San Luis Rey
The Bridge of San Luis Rey is the American author Thornton Wilder publication, first published in 1927 to acclaim. It tells the story of the events that contribute with their own being about the bridge, and also several interrelated people who perish in the collapse of an Inca suspension bridge in Peru. [ A friar who has witnessed that the dreadful mishap goes about asking into the lives of those sufferers, seeking some sort of response. The publication won the Pulitzer Prize in 1928.
