The Chinese Widow
The year is 1941, and the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor has completely demolished American morale. In order to give his citizens more hope, President Franklin D. Roosevelt decides to risk it all by bombing Tokyo on December7, 1941. The United States Air Force is forced to make an emergency landing in China after successfully completing its mission. While the ship's commander, Jack Turner (Emilie Hirsch), is barely alive, he is saved by Ying (Crystal Liu), a local widow who will go to any length to keep him hidden from the Japanese occupiers.
