The Fighter

In Bangkok, Thailand, Ryan Travers (Richard Norton) has just been released from prison. He was sentenced to five years in prison for murder. In an explosion, the local mob kills his parents, who were running an antique shop in the area while they waited for their son to be released from prison. They didn't pay protection money. It gets even worse for Ryan when he finds out that his sister Katie (Erica Van Wagener) is seriously ill and will need surgery, which makes things even worse. To pay for his sister's medical bills and get revenge, Ryan decides to join an underground fight ring in his town. He wants to raise money for his sister's medical bills and get back at the people who hurt her.
