The Geographer Drank His Globe Away

Victor Sluzhkin hints on as a teacher of geography in a second school in his native Perm (in the Urals) and gets lost in a haze of hard vodka, dire love for a nymphet-like student and the stress of educating adolescents. Geographer, since the students instantly dub Sluzhkin, attempts to flee by the dull reality of Russia's provincial lifetime in a rafting tour.
