The Golem: How He Came into the World

Suffering under the tyrannical rule of Rudolf II in 16th-century Prague, a Talmudic rabbi produces a large warrior to shield the safety and security of his individuals. Sculpted of clay as well as animated by the mysterious tricks of the Cabala, the Golem was a seemingly undestroyable juggernaut, executing acts of terrific heroism, yet just as capable of awful violence. When the rabbi's assistant takes control of the Golem as well as tries to utilize him for egocentric gain, the lumbering monster runs widespread, abducting the rabbi's little girl and also setting fire to the ghetto.
