The Hagstone Demon

Douglas Elmore can be care-taker and an alcoholic writer haunted by dreams of his dead wife and pursued by forces bent. Douglas suspects a sexually alluring although strange prostitute called Karna who prowls the vacant city through night and yells through the afternoon in his cellar when tenants start arriving dead in the hallways and stairwells of the apartment construction . But as the bodies piled up, Douglas is torn between the threat of becoming a prime suspect in a murder investigation and his growing obsession with Karna. Douglas has to find the root of the evil residing in the older Hagstone construction until the keys of the past come back to kill him.
