Looking to cash in on the Celebrity of Steven Spielberg's Megahits E.T. and Raiders of the Lost Ark,'' Hongkong schlockmeister Wong Jing directs this yarn Roughly Andy who, Together with buddies Pin-pin and Pancho ventures to Greece to find his long lost friend Shen. They soon find after detecting several rare gems in a archaeological 23, Shen has been tailed both Interpol and by by the KGB.
