The Omega Man

Robert Neville, a health care provider, as a result of an experimental drug, could be the only survivor of an apocalyptic warfare waged with biological weapons. The jolt caused by the war has killed everyone else except for a couple hundred deformed, nocturnal people calling themselves"the household". The plague has made them become sensitive to light, in addition to homicidally psychotic.
